Julie Shipley

Julie Shipley is the Company Secretary at Gentoo Limited. Julie is responsible for governance and regulatory compliance across the Group.

As well as this she is part of the Executive Leadership Group managing the Governance, Risk, Compliance, Insurance, Customer Strategy/Complaints and Health and Safety teams and is heading the transformation project to convert the Group to Community Benefit status. Julie is a public member of the Northumberland, Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust. Julie has an MA in Housing Policy and a BA in Business Studies and after her education went on to work in many roles for the Northern Rock Foundation.
